This is interesting. 
I can be wrong, but I think that Mickey is playing the role of Agent Dale Coopers and Donald Agent Albert Rosenfield. Since Albert are a pretty sarcastic character to begin with it fits with Donald's temper and overall attitude. But one question remains though... Which Disney character would impersonate Killer BOB?
